A Note From My Journey

Raw, honest, and unfiltered thoughts from the path

First of all, thank you

Thank you for believing in me, for trusting my journey, and for subscribing to my space. Every message, every follow, every silent reader means more than you know. This journey would feel incomplete without you walking alongside me.

My HYROX Journey Begins

May 8-10, 2026

I've started a fresh chapter—one that excites me, challenges me, and honestly scares me a little too. I've begun my HYROX journey, and I'll be competing at Cigna Healthcare HYROX Hong Kong in May 2026.

What makes this journey even more special is that my husband and I are both part of it. We're playing singles, which means we'll be competing on different days—but still walking the same path, pushing our own limits, and supporting each other every step of the way.

What motivated me? Two simple things—

  • I wanted to test what my body is truly capable of
  • I wanted to live this phase fully, not just talk about it

The Reality Check: Blood Work & Nutrition

The biggest learning from the last two weeks has been nutrition and supplementation. And honestly, nothing gives you a reality check like blood work. Numbers don't lie. They show you where you stand, what you're ignoring, and what needs immediate attention.

I did my blood work, faced the truth, and started doing what's required. I'm deeply thankful to my coaches who guided me through this process and helped me understand my body better—not emotionally, but scientifically.

A small but important tip from my heart: If you haven't checked your nutrition and supplementation yet, please do it. It's not optional, it's mandatory if you're serious about performance and health.

No fuel, no engine works.
You can't expect results if your body is running empty. Fitness isn't just training hard—it's supporting your body the right way.

This ongoing journey isn't smooth. It isn't extremely hard either. Some days you'll feel motivated, many days you won't. And that's okay. What really matters is consistency.

I'm not overthinking it. I'm just doing it—practicing it again and again and again.

Before I sign off, I'd truly love to hear from you. Write back to me. Share your life lessons, your struggles, your wins—anything that has shaped you. Your words motivate me more than you know, and this journey feels richer when it's shared.

If this journey speaks to you, let me hear you.

Write to me—about life, about growth, about becoming.

Your stories fuel me the way training never can.

And somewhere between your words and mine, we keep moving forward.

With gratitude and strength,
